INGREDIENTS (Use your favorite store bought brownie mix and follow those directions)
For this episode, our brownie batter:
2 tablespoons water
1/2 stick of butter
1 egg
Cookie dough:
½ stick of butter
1 tablespoon of water
METHOD
-Heat oven to 325 degrees; grease bottom of pan or use cupcake holders
-In a bowl, stir brownie mix, 2 tablespoons water, melted butter and egg in a medium bowl until well blended. Fill each cupcake holder half full.
-Stir cookie mix, 1 tablespoon water and softened butter in another bowl until soft dough forms. Drop cookie dough with rounded teaspoons evenly onto brownie batter in each cupcake holder.
Bake as directed or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean; cool.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO:
Replace the butter in the recipe above with your choice of infused cannabis butter. There is a 1:1 ratio of THC to butter.
For example: If there are 32g of butter called for in the recipe, the SAME amount of infused cannabis butter should be used. A batch of ten (10) brownies yields 3.2g per brownie.
Once cooked and cooled, sit back, relax and enjoy!!
