Yin yoga is a style of yoga with long held, passive poses and is really good for deep relaxation and increased flexibility. Grab your herb, two blocks, a blanket or towel if you have sore knees and get ready for a good back stretch! Since these poses are held for a long period of time (at least 3 minutes on each side), this is the perfect class to smoke a joint to 😉
