Hello beautiful people,
I’m happy to share today’s cannabis-infused yoga practice which is a mindful movement practice to relieve sciatic pain, targeting the hips and lower back in this all levels practice.
This practice moves through cat/cow tilts, cow face pose, modified side plank, pigeon pose, and closes in legs-up-the-wall pose. No props are needed, but being next to a wall will be helpful. Although this sequence is tailored to relieve sciatic pain please listen to how your body is feeling in each posture.
If you’re consuming cannabis, please remember to do so mindfully. Cannabis is a sacred plant medicine that opens us up to experience the present moment from an altered perspective, so humility and reverence is needed to ensure a blissful journey. Take the time to create a calming setting before your practice, you deserve it!
