ingredients…
3 ripe bananas,
1/2 cup of canna butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cups sugar
2 cups self raising flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 cup of chopped pecans
pre -heat oven to 350 degree, grease or butter loaf pan an lightly flour. cream top 5 ingredients ,then add baking soda and fold in flour until well combined add nuts ,fold in and pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan place in oven . cook for thirty min check with butter knife if comes out clean bread is done ….enjoy!
