Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup brown sugar lightly packed
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of flour (your choice)
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) of butter/margarine/coconut oil (margarine has lower fat content for infusing, but works in a pinch and is what I used)
Weed of your choice, I used about 1-1.5 grams
Quick note: I don’t strain my butter. I don’t want to take the chance if any THC didn’t bind to the fats, plus I enjoy the cannabis flavor in butter so the extra plant matter does not bother me, personally. Usually if you break it down fine enough, you can detect it about the same as you would detect parsley or lemon zest in dishes.
