Today I will show you how to make easy smoked brown sugar glazed ham the Mastablendz way. I will be using a pellet smoke but the results can turn out the same on any grill if you can maintain 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This recipe is super easy and will having everyone asking you where did you buy it from. Below are the steps and ingredients.
Combine all ingredients in a pan and place in grill.
Place on grill and cook ham at 250 degrees for 2.5 – 3 hours depending on size of ham , outside temps and size of grill. For pellet grills feel free to use the pellets of your choice. I used Pitboss competition pellets for this video.
Ingredients:
1 8-10lb Ham
1 cup of Brown Sugar
3 tsp Honey
2 tsp Mustard
2 tsp Pineapple Juice
2 tsp Cherry Juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Can of Sliced Pineapples
Can or Jar of Cherries
A Couple of Toothpicks
Dry Rub of choice or use:
(1 tbsp) salt
(1 tbsp) black pepper
(1 tbsp) chili powder
(1 tbsp) onion powder
(1 tbsp) garlic powder
(1 tbsp) sugar
(1 tbsp) paprika
