Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Grind up your flower to just rougher than if you were rolling a blunt. You should still see like small trees. Preheat your oven to 220 ish. Spread out your weed into a single layer as best you can on your sheet and place in the oven. Now I set it for 10 mins so at the end of 10 mins I can pull it out and gently flip it around so it decarbs evenly. The. Put it back in for another 10 and do it again. It usually takes 25-30 mins to get it fully decarbed. 20 if the weed is on the dry side already. When it’s kind of a golden color pull it out and while it is still warm put it in a jar you can put a lid on. Put about 2 teaspoons (per ounce) of poweded coconut milk on top, seal it, and shake well. You want a nice coverage of the powder on the weed as the oil helps carry your cbd.
So when you have it coated open the jar and let it cool. Once cool seal it. Ok so when you are ready to make tea I use loose leaf stuff but bags work. I take a coffee press and put about a half gram to a gram depending on my pain levels in the bottom of the press and my tea and pour boiling water on that. Stir it up and let sit for 5 or 6 minutes to steep then press it down and pour. You can do iced tea of course whatever you like. You can also put the weed in water and boil that and pour it over the tea either way works.
