World Famous French Toast Muffins | Herbistry420
Have been meaning to make these all week. Saw a couple recipes online and seemed like it would be amazing and turns out it is! You can make them infused or not, and when infusing I went the easy route of using infused Maple Syrup, however you can infuse a couple other ways as well or infuse 3 ways! haha Be careful with these, it’s easy to eat several! hahaha
Bake in the oven at 350°F or 175°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown and done (check with toothpick if unsure).
Notes: I think I would use less French Toast Juice/Marinade next time I make these. Also, you want to stack them high to get a nice muffin top on them. I did on a few, others should have been stacked higher. I did wipe the muffin tray with oil, however next time I would use muffin papers for easier removal from the muffin tray.
You can store these in a ziplock bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. I’m not sure how they freeze as I am not planning to freeze them. If you freeze them, share your experience in the comments!
