Read the ingredient lists to find the cannabinoids in your product. There will be different amounts of THC, CBD, CBN (and other cannabinoids) in your product and these will impact how you feel and how you sleep.

Check the other ingredients in your product too! Maybe your product contains other sleep-inducing ingredients like, terpenes, lavender or melatonin. Or maybe you want to make sure that you’re considering dietary guidelines like keeping your edible sugar-free or vegan.
VALUE
How many nights of sleep are in your product? How much are you paying per night of sleep? This will take some testing but always good to consider!

Remember that everyone is different, so you’ll need to experiment to find the right product for you.
There is no definitive research on which cannabinoid ratios or dosages are most effective for sleep. Just like nutrition, fitness and just about every other thing you have to do to keep yourself healthy, one size does not fit all, You’ll have to do some testing to figure out IF this is right thing for you and if so, WHAT is the right thing for you.
