Three ton 18 SEER AC & gas furnace Installed in #northtustin
Today, we are working in North Tustin to replace a furnace and AC unit. The indoor unit is a gas furnace and evaporator coil that was installed around 2003. The outdoor unit is a 2.5-ton condenser from 2003.
The new system includes:
New Gas Furnace: 80G1UH060AE12X
New AC: 4AC17L36P-51A
The old furnace and evaporator coil were both in need of repair. The AC unit was low on refrigerant and icing up, and the evaporator coil was clogged. The old outdoor unit was also not cooling the home effectively.
We replaced the old furnace and evaporator coil with a new single-stage three-ton 18SEER system with a 60,000 BTU ultra-low-NOx gas furnace. We also replaced the old outdoor unit with a new three-ton one-stage unit from Allied Air.
The new system is much more efficient than the old one and will provide the homeowner with years of reliable service. We also installed a filter cabinet under the furnace with a two-inch filter to help keep the system clean and running efficiently.
