Last weekend I went solo wild camping on the Fairfield Horseshoe in the Lake District and took a camera with me.
This is the first time I’ve done a Vlog so I just hit record, chatted bollox on the way round, swore a hell of a lot and talked about life, mental health, suicide and how psychedelics, ancient plant medicines and getting out into nature have helped me turn my life around.
