It’s easy to make just in 15 minutes, roast in Air fryer and it came out truly amazing, delicious in taste. Ingredients
– Sweet Potatoes 2 lb
– Onion powder 1/2 tsp
– Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
– Brown sugar 1 tbsp
– Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
– Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
– Smoke paprika 1/2 tsp
– Salt 1/2 tsp
– Oil 3 tbsp
– Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
– Thyme sprig 1 no.
– Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
– Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
– Parsley (chopped) for garnishing
Directions
– Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite size cubes.
– Season sweet potatoes with all the spices in a large bowl and mix well to coat evenly.
– Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, select French fries 🍟 icon.
– It shows 380 temperature adjust cook time 15 or 20 minutes.
– Pause and check in the middle, flip sweet potatoes, return basket back into the air fryer and cook more. My sweet potatoes ready in 15 minutes.
– Serve and garnish with parsley.
