Some people may not experience the effects of eddies due to the unique way in which the body processes them.
Unlike when you inhale the plant, which enters the bloodstream directly through the lungs, eddies are processed through the digestive system and then the liver. In some cases, individuals may lack the necessary enzymes (CYP2C9) to metabolize the active compounds in cannabis leading to a diminished or even absent response to eddies.
This variation in enzyme activity can result in a lack of the expected effects, highlighting the importance of understanding individual differences in how the body interacts with the plant.
