Ingredients
Pre Smoked Ham Either Half or Spiral (Spiral will most likely cook quicker)
BBQ Rub (preferably a low sodium rub to keep the ham from being overly salty)
Maple Glaze Recipe
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Stick Butter
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Garlic Powder
1/2 TBSP Dijon
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Brown Sugar
Smoking Directions
Smoke ham on 250 until internal temp reaches 110 degrees. This would normally take a couple of hours if smoking a half ham (maybe less time smoking a spiral ham since the inside is exposed more). Once the ham has reached 110 degrees turn up the smoker to 300 degrees. Once the ham reaches 130 degrees start glazing the ham and making sure to reserve enough glaze to glaze at minimum 2-3 times. Once the ham reaches 140 degrees remove ham and allow to rest.
