Wanna infuse some oil? I do too. I hate that mess that comes with oven infusion so I found a different way. 2 ways in fact. And both leave little to no clean up and best of all NO SMELL!! No one will even know what the heck you’re doing.
Method 1 is cold infusion, a relatively new way to infuse herbs using a chamber vacuum seal marinate function.
Method 2 is using your instant pot and heat. Its in a sealed jar so no smells escape. I infused my oil two times using both these methods.
