⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 1 4 Pound Rack of Baby Back Ribs
• ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
• ½ TSP of Salt
• ½ TSP of Black Pepper
• 1 TBSP of Garlic Powder
• 1 TBSP of Smoked Paprika
• 1 TSP of Onion Powder
• ¼ TSP of Cayenne pepper
• ¼ TSP of Cinnamon
• Oil for the Sprayer
👉Cooking Instructions:
• In an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker pot, place the trivet first, add 1-1/2 cups of water with liquid smoke of your choice, place the seasoned rack of baby back ribs on the trivet on their side in a circle with bones facing the center, and set the instant pot to pressure cook for 25–30 minutes on high. When done, do a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then a quick release after that. Remove the ribs from the instant pot with the trivet, put them on a baking sheet or pan, and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Get ready to air-fry, dump the instant pot leftover juices from pressure cooking, rinse the pot, add the trivet with the BBQ ribs back into the instant pot, and set to air-fry for 10 minutes at 400°F. When done, remove the ribs using the trivet, place them on a cutting board, and slice them up and serve.
