Hello! Today we’re going over the first rosin out of the Cannabis Cult Blind Connoisseur Pack – Rosin Edition.
The basic numbers for this one are, d-9 THC at 2.12%, THCa at 77.2%, CBD at .16%, and CBDa at .16%. No Terpenes, though. That might make it a bit too easy to tell what each is haha This one has a spiced and herbal nose that has a bit of a sweet funk to it. The flavor comes across as pretty fresh with the spiced and herbal notes dominating where as the funkier notes come through towards the end of the exhale. This kind of sweet but funky flavor reminds me of a kush strain that has some minty/woody/overall kind of fresh flavors in the mix.
The effects are also rather similar to a lot of kush strains that I’ve had. You get a nice uplift that’s paired with a pretty strong euphoria and a very relaxed body high. The head space is uplifted, a little spacey and happy, with an overall chill vibe. I do believe there’s a non-insignificant amount of Myrcene here, so I do have to watch my dosing pretty closely but otherwise these effects are pretty much perfect for day time use, for me. Has worked very well for pain relief, both aches and pains along with working well for nerve based pain and spasms. With the overall chill and happy vibe it has, it helped wonderfully for mood regulation and just overall mental health. And I actually think this one got my appetite going in some scenarios, so you may notice that, as well. Overall, very solid effects.
To wrap it all up, this strain is funky, fresh, and has a happy and relaxed experience to it. Aspects of the smell, flavor, and effects make me believe this is a Kush based strain. So far, I believe it to be LA Baker from Vivid. I’m almost certain it IS Vivid but I’ve been bouncing between a couple of their strains that this could be. But, LA Baker makes the most sense, to me.
