That’s why in this timely re-upload (slightly abridged and optimized), Chris Scott and Matt Finch discuss strategies and tactics for not drinking alcohol/poisoning yourself during the holidays.
Advertisements, friends, and family… it can be difficult to not succumb to peer pressure or even slip into solitary drinking during the holidays and especially over Christmas and New Year’s parties or lonely nights. With “Hierarchy or Recovery” strategies such as sleep, nutrient repair, mindset, spirituality, and so on, alcohol recovery and/or drug recovery can be maintained!
Note: Although this episode was originally recorded for the last holiday season, the strategies and tactics remain just as useful if not more so today.
