These ribs were so TASTY with the rub and smoke flavor!
Rub Recipe:
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix well. Add rub to ribs, pork butt or anything else you are going to smoke.
Ribs- Remove excess fat on top with a knife and membrane on back. Follow instructions on video.
If roasting in oven double smoked paprika. Cook on 275 degrees until tender and minimum internal temp of 165 degrees (4 to 5 hours)
We smoked these ribs using an electric smoker on 275 degrees for 5 hours. They were so tender and amazing flavor. Use soaked wood chips to add more smoke while cooking, chips will last longer, and add more flavor to your meat. Enjoy!!
