Once in a while my munchies get out of control and I end up eating the whole fridge and then some š I used to get so mad with myself for āletting myself goā but honestly once in a while itās not that most terrible thing as long as Iām not eating pizza and fries every night and eating healthy majority of the time. find strains that can suppress appetite vs triggering ghrelin (the signal to your brain that itās time to eat)
ā
consume prior to your meal so your meal = your munchies
ā
stay hydrated before during and after your sesh (often times we think weāre hungry but weāre actually dehydrated)

if you do engage with your munchies, have healthy snack options available (ie. fruit, nuts and seeds, protein, etc)
