Holy crap, this year literally felt like a blur, but in a good way. Every year as I get older, I feel like each year passes by faster and faster and it makes me happy that I’m gaining more experiences as an individual but in many ways it also makes me sad that time is passing by so fast.
It’s crazy how much can happen in a year based on micro decisions that you make for yourself throughout the year. I don’t share much of my personal life on here, but I do want to caveat that behind all these smiling videos there were equally as many moments where I was in a very dark place this year. I don’t put it on social media because that’s not what you guys are here for. You’re here for canna education and recipes and that that’s what I’m here to deliver.
It would be misleading of me to post a “omg I’m so happy” video without mentioning that I went through immense pain and flipped my life upside down this past year and it wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies. But I guess the story that I want to share is that things always do work out in the end, and although a moment in time may seem like the hardest thing ever, things will pass with time.
I know the end of the year can be bittersweet and tough for many people. If you need mental health support during these times, please reach out to your family and friends. If you don’t have people that you can go to there are many online resources that can be helpful that are also free nowadays.
I wish you all a wonderful end to 2023 and hope that you have a wonderful new year ahead. Thank you for being part of the cannabinista community.
