Potato Salad (I really don’t use a specific recipe)
10-12 potatoes (depending on size)
Dukes Mayo (it’s a southern thing) Meijer has it up north (a heaping spoonful)
Onions 1 medium
Celery two stalks
Pickles 5-6 cut up
Pickle juice 1-2 tablespoons
Mustard 1 Tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoons
Dill weed 1/2 tsp-1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp in potato salad (and on top) sprinkle
5 eggs hard boiled 3 in salad and two on top sliced
Celery salt 1 tsp
Celery seed (optional) 1 tsp
Refrigerate overnight is best
Baked Beans
2 cans of Bush’s Best beans
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Two onions (medium)
Salt/pepper
{Sometimes bbq sauce (that little bit left in the fridge)
We have even added chili peppers (1-2) it’s even great with 1 Trinidad scorpion pepper optional }
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
