Crab Rangoons
1 package of wonton wrappers
1 (6 oz) can of crab meat (drained)
4 oz of room-temperature cream cheese
¼ cup scallions or green onions (sliced thin)
3 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter (melted)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sriracha (or other hot sauce)
salt and pepper to taste
Sweet and Sour Sauce
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c rice vinegar
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 c soy sauce (**I honestly think this could be reduce to 1-2 Tbsp)
