🍪Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS ~
Dry:
2 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Wet:
1 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Eggs
Chocolate Chips(Fold in Last):
1 Cup Semi Sweet Chips
1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
(Or all Semi Sweet)
Typically, I cream my sugars with my wet ingredients, minus the eggs, and using a hand or stand mixer is fine for that. Next, I add that mixture into the dry ingredients, then fold in the eggs and chocolate chips. Weigh cookies out to 1.5 ounces, after placed on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, top with about 3-5 chocolate chips on top of dough balls. Bake at 350° for 10/11 minutes. Yields 3 dozen if weighed out to 1.5 oz
