I’m joining Planet Michell to visit the city of Groningen where we eat eggballs, eierballen in Dutch. Eggballs are a typical Northern Dutch food snack. Basically, an eierbal/eggball consists of one boiled egg, wrapped in batter of curry roux and breadcrumbs, just like a croquette. The taste is amazing. Plus some Groninger mustard soup.
