TEQUILA HONEY BEE
Mezcal Rinse
2 oz/60 ml Reposado Tequila
1 oz/30 ml Honey Syrup
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lemon Juice
2 daskes Angostura bitters
METHOD
1. Rinse Rocks glass with Mezcal.
2. Add next three ingredients to shaker tin.
3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
4. Pour into previously rinsed glass with fresh Ice.
5. Add two dashes of Angostura bitters.
6. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
