Directions:
1)#Decarb- oven at 250°F 30-40 minutes
Optional, but recommended: clarity #butter while decarbing. Butter to medium heat then reduce to slow small boil, let butter increase in temperature to 260°F, foam on top slight brown color, strain through 4 layers of cheese cloth into pot or infusion device.
2)Single, double boil or use an infusion cooking device – butter & botanicals, don’t let butter get over 210°F, 3-3.5 hours or as device instructs.
3) Filter plant matter with strainer or cheese cloth into heat/temperature change resistant container. After a filter press pass, use cheese cloth for more defined marks from your butter mold.
4) Single boil method, cool to separate water from butter (1 cup of water to 1 cup of butter/coconut oil in step 2), best for larger batches than 5 cups.
Double boil or infusion device, pour filtered butter or oil into butter molds or Mason jar for coconut oil.
5) single boil method remove water from butter/oil, follow the rest of step 4. Double boil or infusion device, store mold or jar in fridge or freezer 6 months to a year.
6) enjoy responsibly, in moderation, & know you’re dose (best for Sunday mornings right before church).

7-14g of botanicals to 1 cup of butter (clarified recommended) or coconut oil. If using the single boil method, add one cup of purified water per cup of butter or oil.
