Now that my t-break is over, I’ve been gently incorporating cannabis back into my lifestyle. I’m reminding myself to be even MORE intentional with my plant use than ever before. Whether it’s consuming before my workout to get that mind muscle connection into full effect, or mid day for a creative energy boost, or at night when it’s time to calm my nervous system, it all comes down to intention.
@jublee_cann has a new line of elevated fruit bites and besides from them tasting noms, I love how their formulation aligns with my different use cases of the plant. I’ve been incorporating the apple matcha one into my morning pre-workout routine for that boost of steady state energy. My fave is the coconut vanilla one – I love it for creative work or when I have a lot of networking/client calls to be on. They also got a blueberry lavender fruit bite which I like for evening wind-downs to help me vibe into a relaxed mental and physical state.
