Green Crush/Conspiracy Queries with Alan Park – Episode 34/106 – Streamed live on 27 Mar 2018
The legendary Barry “Flash” Foy graces us for an exclusive, hour long interview. All through the 1970s until the early 80s, Barry and his fellow smugglers, mostly from South Carolina, were trafficking pirates. Always working under the premise that no one was to be hurt or killed, they worked hard to bring back cannabis from all over the world into the United States.
Subject of the Wallstreet Journal bestselling book “JACKPOT: High Times. High Seas. And The Sting That Launched The War On Drugs” – The warning shot was fired from Ronald Reagan and a bunch of supposedly terrible people were tracked down and arrested – people who have paved much of the way towards accessible medical and pain relief for everyone. They paid for this with incarceration. I’m not saying they didn’t have a good time, but they also “did time.”
Our old pal Paul Hartmann jumps on the line after Barry’s interview and tells some smuggling stories of his own.
We’ll see Paul again on April 10th with a great special guest calling in from California. Stay tuned as always. Subscribe. Share. All that.
Plus, turns out Canadian Senators aren’t at all that well researched, as Canada’s Cannabis Bill C45 moves through Parliament, you just can’t believe the reefer madness still allive in 2018. A mysterious pharmaceutical King Pin death, may be tied to his parent notion to use cannabis to make “pot pills”. Evidently, that fake stuff is bad for you.
