Welcome to Part 1 of Can You Lose Weight While Smoking Cannabis Regularly? The easy answer is probably yes, depending on your diet, exercise regimen, etc… however, in this series I’m going to attempt to lose 22lbs or 10kgs in 2 months. While continuing to smoke weed on a regular basis. I wont stop taking edibles, or smoking daily. Can I lose 22lbs or 10kgs in that amount of time? Clearly I’ll still get the munchies, I’ll still want to watch TV or relax while high… is it possible? I’m planning to do Insanity (from Beachbody.com) – A DVD workout that is high in cardio and plyometrics. I’ve done it before many years ago and it’s super intense. I do not have a running start… I’m starting from zero. I am out of shape and this is going to be challenging. The most important thing I want to achieve is to get in a good rhythm, increase my good habits, make sure I move (workout) every single day… with Sunday being the planned rest day. I’ve never done this before so I may not reach the goal… I will be honest and post what my failures are, my concerns, my triumphs, etc… join me for the journey and cheer me on!
