Update Working Out | Canna-Do-It? | Herbistry420
So, back in April I asked the question whether you could lose weight while smoking cannabis? I am a daily cannabis user and want to lose weight. The most obvious answer is yes… however, there are factors to consider. Back in April I slipped drank a week later and didn’t continue working out. I started working out 5-6 days a week a little over two months ago, stopped drinking (minus one week vacation where I drank way too much) and have tried to up my vegetable intake. I still eat whatever I want and still cave in to the munchies (I was going to say sometimes, but way too many times hahaha). I’ve put on a good amount of muscles as you can see in the video and have started to lose some weight. I need to get the munchies under control as I eat relatively healthy normally. I do like sweets, and if I cut out the munchies and sweets, I’m sure my progress would be much more impressive as I workout pretty hard. My goal now is to add to my workout while continuing to slowly change my eating habits (not totally, just keep improving them).
