Happy Sunday guys! Today we are going to discuss all things meal prep. As a fitness coach I encounter many people frustrated with their lack of progress towards their wellness goals. Often times this is due to their lack of planning. Today I am not only going to give you some tips, I will also show you how I meal prep for success.
On the menu we will be having peppered chicken. This is going to be similar to the jalapeño chicken you get at Chinese restaurants, however, instead of frying the chicken we will be using the airfryer. This will be easy yet still very delicious and macro friendly!
