Pain stops my world on a daily basis, so I have made this cannabis-infused honey. This honey is pound for pound honey, a pound of cannabis to a pound of raw honey. This is a multi-step infusion, first, take your honey and measure out the amount you want to infuse. I usually infuse a week’s worth at a time, in this case, I am going to use 6 ounces of honey. Second, pour your honey into a glass canning jar, add 3 ounces of raw cannabis flower to the jar of the honey seal and put in boiling pot of water, checking the temp and shaking the jar every 15 to 20 minutes, the tempature of the honey cannabis mixture should never be higher than 130 degrees. let boil 1 1/2 hours.
After the 1 1/ hours of the honey, jar boiling remove the jar from the pot, fill the pot up with more water and reheat pot while straining cannabis out of the honey mixture. Once all flower has been filtered out of honey, pour honey back into the original canning jar and add 3.5 grams kief and 2 grams of good quality concentrate. Cap the canning jar tight put it back in the boiling water for another hour again checking the temperature to not rise higher than 170 degrees this time for 1 hour, strain smaller particles out and serve. 1 Teaspoon equals 500 mg. you can add the honey to any drink, or food or you can eat it straight depending on personal preference.
