If you want to make an after dinner treat then freshly baked, warm, chocolate chip cookies directly from the oven are quick and easy to make.
You need to rely a lot more on instinct when cooking them this way, as opposed to a conventional oven. But they’re easy to keep an eye on in the oven opening, and should only take about 20 minutes.
This recipe will make 15 to 16 large cookies.

28g of softened unsalted butter
2 tbsps on vanilla extract
