Hello again all, and welcome back to @ChiariLife420 !!! I’m pleasantly surprised as well as pleased you decided bro spend a little of your time with my channel here today!
Today, I spend a brief amount of time updating everyone on how my pain has been as of late and the response from my Pain Management Caregiver/Dr. has provided me, which is an increase in my opiates as I am now prescribed an additional 15 MG IR MS Contin/morphine twice daily on top of the 30 MG ER 3xper day. With that, I believe I’m pretty much tapped out and actually feel some anxiety about the future if my pain continues to rise, but I guess we’ll cross that bridge when I get there. As for now, the extra meds seem to be having a positive effect.
Next, I spend just a few moments talking about the recent trip my wife and I took to Hinton, VA. Up in the mountains and only a three hr drive, and that’s with stopping twice to stretch our legs. Even met some 420 friendly bikers on the way and traded off some smoke! I love it! It was our first time utilizing AirB&B, and what a streamlined convenient way to book a stay!
Here is a new list of cultivars(strains) that are reported to be beneficial in helping to treat chronic pain:

.. happy hunting, guys!!!!!
Next in the video, we spend some time discussing the process of “Decarboxylation.” Which refers to the process of heating cannabis and/or hemp, to activate the cannabinoids within the buds(flowers), trim, leaves, or kief. Decarbing cannabis in essence, allows the consumer to experience all of the unique and intoxicating effects the plant has to offer. Is it necessary to decarb before consuming cannabis? If you don’t and yet still consume, let’s say eat raw flowers, you will feel some effects, but nowhere even close to the effects you would have if it went thru the decarbing process.
@homesteadandchill.com, as well as @cannabischeri.com and on YouTube @CannabisCheriSicard, are all great resources with video and examples with explanations going thru the entire Decarbing process as well as infusion with butter, oil, or whatever you choose. All utilizing your oven at home!
Next, we get to spend some time discussing various tools a general consumer would utilize to enjoy themselves either edibles or various smoking methods.
1st up is the “Ardent Nova.” This machine takes the decarbing process and stands it on its head! No mess, no fuss, and most importantly, there is smell. It’s completely discreet, and with a push of a button, the decarbing process becomes a breeze. Push the button, walk away, and approx an hour later it’s done. Then the Ardent doubles as an infuser! Incredible!
From the edible making to now we get into the area of “smoking” cannabis. Which for the most part is the most popular form of consuming due to its fast acting effects.
Whether your favorite way to smoke is in a glass piece or rolling joints, I spend just a bit a time showing and explaining each piece from cones and a dab rig to a vaporizer and water bong, I cover it here!
I know I’ve kind of danced on quite a few things this video but it was simply some things I wanted to cover and get behind me before starting up on our new project! Coming up over the next few videos, we are going to cover cleaning our grow area, properly choosing which cultivars to grow together, preparing our pots for plants, germinate our seeds, and begin the start of the next grow of this wonderful plant!
I have recently been really considering the idea of getting some therapy to help assist my fight against chronic pain and Syringomyelia. I’m at the place where something has got to give. Being down and depressed and isolated all the time…it’s just not me. It’s not who I am, I’m a more social person and I love meeting new people and speaking with people. I just don’t want this disease to change who I am to the point I don’t even recognize myself anymore. Anyway, have any of you ever gone to speak with a therapist concerning chronic pain? Would you recommend it to others? I’m curious as to what the community thinks about this?
Well, once again, thanks so much for spending some time with me today and my apologies for going a little long. Just wanted to clear the table for the next steps that will be taken. My prayers as always is that this video finds you guys as pain free as possible, keep fighting to jeep your head up, and I look forward to your thoughts, comments, and suggestions, and I’ll see you guys on the next video from @ChiariLife420 !!!
