- Julian Olinick: ” As a citizen lobbyist and member of Texas NORML my subscription to Marijuana Moment is indispensable. And there’s never been a more exciting time to keep apprised of marijuana policy. In a state with no voter initiatives, a legislature that only meets four months every two years, and a corrupt policy paywall through our state AG and lieutenant governor, our Texas marijuana laws are literally tied to federal policy. With so much happening and about to happen in federal marijuana policy I can’t imagine staying informed without your team of reporting and connections throughout Congress, state legislatures, the industry and activists.”
