Now, the story begins with a touch of drama, courtesy of the November 2021 flood that left us high and dry in the lower mainland of BC, separated from our Okanagan crew and stores for what felt like a century. No supply runs, no moral support missions, and worst of all, no staff Christmas shindig! But fear not, as soon as the highways were back in action, Randy put his foot down and insisted on throwing a heartfelt appreciation dinner for the gang.
Cue Chef Martin, donning his chef hat and probably a nervous grin, concocting a mind-blowing menu that included everything from mouthwatering salads, toasty bruschetta, tantalizing chicken wings, succulent prawns, a roast chicken extravaganza, juicy steaks, and a gooey chocolate lava cake finale. Oh, did we mention every dish was infused with a generous dose of cannabis? Trust us, it was a culinary adventure for the ages!
