Double Smoked Ham with homemade Cherry and Pineapple glaze!

Glaze:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup honey
2 heaping tbsp cherry preserves
2 heaping tbsp pineapple preserves ,(or crushed pineapple)
3 oz pineapple juice
1 shot of your favorite rum
