I’ve been asked this question many times and thought I’d make a video to share some thoughts. The reality is, if you don’t currently smoke or vape, you shouldn’t take up either of them. However, if you smoke, you might consider vaping as it is a slightly healthier alternative. But what about using PG & VG in your vapes? Watch the video to find out if you should be concerned.
