Developing a solid morning routine has taken me many years to fine-tune. I started off trying to do too much “wellness” and found it overwhelming, and unrealistic for me to stick to every day. Not to mention that it can get expensive when you’re trying to take everything “good for you”.
Over the years I’ve refined it to what you see here and I stick to what has proven to give me results. Whether it’s better skin, less inflammation, less anxiety or better gut health, I’ve had to go through a lot of trial and error to find what works best for me.
In the world of social media and influencers, it’s easy to buy into what you see other people doing. And trust me I do it too. But what’s important for me is to identify what works vs what doesn’t, or said differently, what’s worth spending my money on vs what isn’t.
