Every week’s consumption can look different depending on what’s happening in my schedule and what’s going on with my mental and physical health / what my body needs or doesn’t need. But what is consistent is that I always practice mindful consumption. That just means I take a moment to pause before consuming weed and think about whether I actually need to consume or not, and if I do, what is my intention for doing so and what experience do I want to get out of consuming.
It’s not about being overly strict or controlling myself, it’s just a practice I’ve adopted over the years that has helped me develop a beautiful relationship with cannabis, and really bringing it back to using it as a tool to achieve a certain goal or experience.
