Carter is the founder and President of Paperplanes Extracts. He founded the company back in 2012 and was one of the first concentrate brands to provide prop 215 dispensaries with dabs and is now one of the last remaining extract brands from the prop 215 era in California. Born and raised in Grass Valley, he graduated college at UNF and has spent the last 11 years in Sacramento and LA building out his business and supplying quality dabs for the community to enjoy!
