Can’t bring your chickens indoors? Try small breed pigeons and quail. We will discuss the ins and outs and pros and cons of keeping pigeons and quail. Kristen brings in 3 house pigeons and two button quail. Of course, they are flying around the studio and the pigeon diapers leave something to be desired.
The pigeons are just raised as pets as are the button quail. But Coturnix quail are very popular and are mature in only 5 -8 weeks. They also lay about 300 eggs a year.
