Dr. Tom Ingegno, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and owns and operates Charm City Integrative Health in Baltimore, MD. He’s been in practice for over 23 years. Futurist and NYT bestseller David Houle called his center “the future of medicine.” His acupuncture career includes teaching at two acupuncture colleges, serving a full two terms as Chair of the Maryland Board of Acupuncture, and being the VP of public affairs for the Maryland Acupuncture Society. He has had an active meditation practice for over 25 years and has two 150-hour certificates in meditation and meditation instruction and a free basic meditation course on Udemy.
His second book, The Cupping Book: Unlocking the Secrets of Ancient Healing, is a no-nonsense quick guide to becoming proficient in cupping therapy in your own home.
He also co-hosts a podcast with his friend, Matt Hampton, called Irreverent Health, where they discuss all sorts of health-adjacent topics like biohacking, AI and how it is going to revolutionize healthcare, and they talk a lot about cannabis and psychedelics.
