If you didn’t already know it; today is the day AFTER a bit of an underground holiday. I feel like there may be 3 of you here who are not in-the-loop on this one, but here goes… 🤣
April 20th (or 4/20) has made it’s way from college campuses to the big screen to everyday code-switching as a counterculture reference to using cannabis. If you want to know the back-story, it is easily Googled. We won’t cover it here.
But, as where I live (Michigan, USA) is a legal state, there is no stigma associated with the plant or its use. You see it referenced often.
Whether you eat it or smoke it, certain activities heighten the enjoyment… like a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with good company. There are MANY opportunities to partake (or not,) and interact with your other friends who do.
We won’t be doing bong rips or dabs, but we will talk a bit about the culture, how I celebrated the day, and I can answer any questions you may have.
