Thanksgiving Turkey recipes can be done in many ways. I have many turkey recipes, and this is my recipe for smoked turkey. For this recipe, I used my Weber Smokey Mountain to smoke my turkey. Before I put my turkey on the smoker I made a turkey brine with ingredients that i had available. There is no reason to follow an exact recipe for a turkey brine.
