Medical Marijuana has been demonstrated to be an effective analgesic painkiller. I do intend to go into potential opiate sparing effects, but for now, it’s important that we understand that there ARE mechanisms by which cannabis reduces pain, even in stimulating natural mechanisms of pain relief in your own body by stimulating endogenous opioids.
