I’ve been super curious about how THC/CBD consumption can affect my training performance, specifically running; so I conducted my first experiment. I currently use a capsule from MedReleaf which is called Avidekel. It has a small amount of THC but is predominantly CBD. This ratio, for me, seems to prevent me from feeling “buzzed” or “high” but still provides me with some needed pain relief.
