In this video I smoked a whole turkey on the Pellet Pro 1190. Smoking a turkey really is not very hard but you got to watch the temp on the breast meat. I always make sure that I pull it off the smoker before it reaches 160° because there is always at least 5° of carry over when you let it rest for 15 mins.
