Tweaker Helpers is not just a video, it’s a movement. A movement to act on a major problem. As you may have noticed, several young men with cameras are wandering our neighborhood streets. They’re intruding on our parks, harassing people at our convenience stores, using megaphones in public, and causing unpleasant disturbances everywhere.
